This policy explains how IR Square (“IR²”, “we”) handles personal data on this website and in our products — SolarRoute, 4iEnggERP, BayFlow and our Shopify apps. We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Two kinds of data
- Data about you — when you sign up, book a demo or contact us: your name, company, mobile number, email, and what you tell us. We are responsible for this data.
- Data your business keeps in our products — your customers, staff, projects, invoices, documents and photos. Your business decides what goes in and owns it; we process it only to run the service for you, as your processor.
What we use your data for
- To create and run your account, and to sign you in securely.
- To reply to enquiries and demo requests.
- To bill you and keep the records the law requires (for example GST invoices).
- To send service messages — security notices, trial and renewal reminders. We don’t send marketing without your consent, and you can opt out any time.
How we protect it
- Every company’s data is kept in its own separate database space.
- Connections are encrypted (HTTPS); passwords are stored only as strong one-way hashes.
- Access inside each account follows the roles your administrator sets.
- Data is backed up every night; backups are kept for a limited time and then deleted.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run the products: cloud hosting (servers and backups), payment processing (Razorpay, for subscription payments), push notifications (Expo / Google Firebase, for the mobile app), WhatsApp Business messaging when your business turns it on, and Shopify for our Shopify apps. They handle data only on our instructions. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your subscription is active. If you close your account, we keep your business data for 90 days so you can export it, then delete it — except records we must keep by law (such as invoices). Enquiries that don’t become customers are deleted after two years.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to irsquareco@gmail.com. People whose data your business keeps in our products should contact that business first; we will help it respond.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our products use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.
