These terms apply when your business uses software from IR Square (“IR²”, “we”): SolarRoute, 4iEnggERP, BayFlow and our other products (“the service”). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.
1. Your account
- The person who signs up becomes the account’s administrator and is responsible for who gets access.
- Keep passwords private. Tell us at once if you think someone has misused your account.
- Each mobile number and email can belong to one company account at a time.
2. Trials, plans and payment
- Free trials last the number of days shown when you sign up. When a trial ends, the account pauses until you choose a paid plan; nothing is deleted.
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, plus applicable taxes (such as GST in India), with a tax invoice. Shopify apps are billed through Shopify under Shopify’s terms. Prices are shown on our pricing page and in your account.
- Each plan includes a number of users and branches; you can add more, which changes the price from the next payment.
- If a payment is not made, the account keeps working for a short grace period, then pauses. It resumes as soon as payment is received.
- Fees already paid are not refundable for a period that has started, except where the law requires otherwise.
3. Your data
- Your business owns the data it puts into the service. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
- You can export your data at any time. After you close your account we keep it for 90 days for export, then delete it.
- You are responsible for having the right to store your customers’ and staff’s data, including their consent where needed.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use the service to break the law, send spam, store content you have no right to, or try to access other customers’ data or disrupt the service.
5. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available around the clock and take nightly backups, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. We’ll give notice of planned maintenance where we can. Support is by email, phone and WhatsApp during business hours.
6. Our software
We own the software and grant your business a licence to use it during your subscription. Don’t copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.
7. Liability
The service supports your business decisions — you remain responsible for your filings, tax returns and contracts. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
8. Ending the service
You can stop at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or is not paid for, after notice where possible.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell administrators of important changes in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Malappuram, Kerala have jurisdiction.
